TARANGAM means Ripples/Waves and in Dance (Kuchipudi)
repertoire TARANGAM remains one of the most popular and
unique art where in which a Dancer holds a water pot on head
while dancing on a Brass plate.

“We are all bound to this earth (the brass plate under the feet) and we carry heavy responsibilities on our head (signified by the waterpot, from which not a drop is supposed to spill). But just as the dancer moves joyously in rhythm, her mind in glorious contemplation of God, so too should life be lived, with grace, energy and good purpose.”

By these words of describing the Tarangam (Mind of Divine) inspired me a lot for the footing of TARANGAM and also as a dance passionate I feel each ways/style of a dance as a Ripple/Wave of Dancing Divine Mind and thus “TARANGAM-A dream to dance” originated.

TARANGAM Dance group envisaged with intent to proliferates the ART form `Kuchipudi` a divine dance as well as to open the doors of Mind and feel The Joy, The Ecstasy, The Bliss of dancing.
